Synthesis of Recycled Phloroglucinol Derived Epoxy Modified AcrylateOligomer and Its Adhesion Property |
초록 |
UV curing technology have generally been employed in photo induced coating industries due to advantage of volatile organic compound (VOC) free and convenience for process operation. We has been interested in the photo curable materials, especially be able to recycle wasted chemicals. We choose the wasted phlogulcinol molecule to minimize the environmental pollution and to find new applicable fields. It is also important to develop for coating materials with highly adhesion properties. In our research, we synthesized three functionalized epoxy modified acrylate using wasted phloroglucinol molecule which was derived from trinitrotoluene (TNT). We observed that the adhesion strength of epoxy modified acrylate oligomer between polycarbonate substrates significantly increased up to 18000MPa at 2.0wt% of photo initiator content and 300W of UV dosage |
