제목 Synthesis and analysis of N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(4-aryl)ethylenediamine
초록 Materials having two-dimensional structures are known to lead a partial crystallization that causes an electrical short circuit to decrease a life of the organic semiconductor devices. In this study, we synthesized several N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(4-aryl)ethylenediamine derivatives expected to show the better thermal stability by reduced π-π stacking and the better solubility by extra alkyl moiety. Molecular structure and optical properties were characterized.
