Facile synthesis of iron oxide/poly(MAA/EGDMA) multi core-shell composite microspheres and their magnetic properties |
초록 |
pH-responsive hydrogel microspheres with magnetic properties were fabricated by a facile preparation process. Poly(methacrylic acid/ethylene glycol dimethacrylate) [poly(MAA/EGDMA)] microspheres were prepared by distillation-precipitation method. The swollen hydrogel microspheres under basic condition were contracted by introducing the iron ions into the hydrogel. After adding reducing agent, the iron oxide/poly(MAA/EGDMA) multi-core shell composite microspheres were obtained. Transmission electron microscopy and optical microscopy were employed to confirm the formation of iron oxide multi cores. The drug loading-releasing properties and magnetic properties of the iron oxide/poly(MAA/EGDMA) multi-core shell composite microspheres were characterized by vibrating sample magnetometer and UV-vis spectroscopy. |
