| 초록 | There are various extremely important electrolysis processes in both nature and industry, like the generation of oxygen, ozone, hydrogen and hypochlorous acid (HOCl). Ozone and hypochlorous acid are representative materials that have sterilizing power and disinfecting effect. Recently, Ozone and hydrogen in the distilled water are used by cleaning processes in semiconductor and hypochlorous acid (or ozone) in the water is applied for the industrial and domestic use. |
