Carbon nanotube (CNT) is getting into the spotlight due to originality electrical, thermal, physical chemistry characteristic as conductibility embodiment material. But, stability of CNT dispersion is difficult is because of bundle phenomenon by size of nanometer level. This research improved stability of CNT dispersion to enhance conductibility of electrode material of capacitor or Li-ion battery for using conductivity coating solution. Adds hydrophilic group, and uses dispersant of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate) and improves dispersion stability because do acid treatment on the CNT surface. Dispersion medium 40 ~ 80wt % and binder content 1.5 ~ 8wt % is suitable for conductivity coating solution. |
