Electrochemical characteristics of Li4Ti5O12/Activated Carbon composite material for hybrid capacitor |
| 초록 |
Li4Ti5O12 has a good Li-ion intercalation and de-intercalation reversibility and exhibits no structural change during charge-discharge cycling. Activated Carbon is introduced to LTO to form double layer in potential range under 1.5V. In this study, LTO/AC composite materials is extended to 0V. Double layer formed by AC is observed by electrochemical impedance spectroscope. Capacity in the area of 0.6V to 1.5V has confirmed which has no electrochemical reaction for LTO. |
