Electrochemical properties of porous TiO2/Tiprepared by anodizing |
초록 |
Anodizing have advantages of low treatment cost in large region. And it has simple process of fabrications for various and regular nanostructures. In this study, the porous TiO2/Ti electrodes were prepared by electrochemical anodizing of 5V or 20V for nanostructures controlling. The prepared porous TiO2/Ti electrode characterized by SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption. Also, the electrochemical properties of porous TiO2/Ti electrodes studied and discussed by cyclic voltammetry and impedance. |
