Biological Effect of Composition using Chitosan and Natural Extract |
| 초록 |
We made a useful composition in atopic dermatitis. In the present study, the inhibiting effect of an antimicrobial moisturizing cream containing water-soluble chitosan and natural extract (WCNE) was investigated on the development of atopic dermatitis (AD) in NC/Nga mice. WCNE treatment resulted in the suppressing effects of AD-like lesions; immune cells in blood, immunoglobulin E (IgE) level, infiltration of mast cells, macroscopic observation by tissue-section. This research was financially supported by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy(MKE), Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology(KIAT) and Honam Leading Industry Office through the Leading Industry Development for Economic Region. |
