제목 Application of Chitosan-graft-Cationic Polymer as a Gene Carrier
초록 To generate a good gene transfection carrier, chitosan-graft-cationic agent (OCP) copolymers were synthesized by coupling reaction with increasing weight percentage of cationic polymer. The physicochemical character of OCP was investigated by 1H-NMR. The particle size distribution of the OCP/pDNA nanoparticles was determined by the dynamic light scattering (DLS) technique. We confirmed the gene expression level of OCP/pDNA complexes by the Luciferase assays in various cancer cell lines and normal cell line. The results demonstrated that the prepared OCP copolymer in this study is a promising carrier for in vitro and in vivo gene delivery applications.
