A pH-sensitive drug release for doxorubicin delivery |
초록 |
Doxorubicin (DOX)-conjugated dimethylmaleic anhydride was synthesized for pH- sensitive drug release. To improve a targeting drug delivery system, an water soluble chitosan (WSC) was conjugated with DOX and folic acid (FA) (FAWSCDOX). FAWSCDOX of chemical structure was investigated by 1H-NMR and FT-IR. The particle size distribution was investigated by DLS. In addition, the antitumor activity of FAWSCDOX was evaluated against HeLa cell by MTT assay. The result suggested that FAWSCDOX might be a promised anticancer drug carrier for cancer therapy.
