Development and evaluation of Combination drug-eluting stent |
초록 |
Coronary arterial stenting with drug-eluting stent (DES) is a major therapy for the treatment of coronary arterial diseases in present interventional cardiology practice. DES has been questioned, mainly due to impaired healing and delayed endothelialization. Estrogen had inhibited intimal proliferation and accelerate endothelial regeneration and rapamycin had inhibited proliferation and anti-inflammatory activity. In this study, rapamycin and beta-estradiol elution metal stent were prepared through an nano spray-coating method. The study investigated that the DES were physicochemical properties. This research was supported by basic science research program through the national research foundation of korea (NRF) funded by the ministry of education.
