Fabrication and Electrical Beheviors of Conductive Fibers from PAN/TiO2 Solution |

Electrospinning is a direct method to produce fibers with diameters in the nanometer range through the action of an external electric from polymer solution. Nonwoven fabric composed of electrospun fibers have a large specific surface area and small pore size compared to commercial textile. In this study, the polyacrylonitrile (PAN)/TiO2 solution were electrospun and carbonized to be webs consisting of carbon nanofibers. The surface charateristics of PAN/TiO2-based carbon nanofiber webs were evaluated by FT-IR, XPS and XRD measurements. Morphologys of nanofiber webs were studied by SEM. |
