Preparation and characterized of particle of ion-complexed OCMChPEG with Poly(L-Lysine) |
| 초록 |
OCMChPEG were synthesized by graft polymerization between O-Carboxymethyl water soluble chitosan(OCMCh) and mPEG. The structure was prepared by ion-complex with OCMChPEG and Poly(L-Lysine) for drug and/or gene delivery system. The structure were investigated by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), 1H-NMR. TEM(scanning electron microscopy), DLS(dynamic light scattering). Degree of substitution (DS) was determined by 1H-NMR. |
