제목 Nonstoichiometries of Sr1-xCaxTi4+1-τTi3+τO 3-y System
초록 The solid solutions of Sr1-xCaxTi4+1-τTi3+τO3-y system having the compositions of x=0.0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 were prepared in air. All the samples had cubic symmetries and their unit cell volumes were gradually decreased with x. The chemical formulas of each sample were determined by the oxidation-reduction titration of iodometry. With the increase of x values the amount of Ti4+ was decreased and the oxygen deficiency was increased simultaneously. When x=0.00 there were no Ti3+ and accordingly the sample SCT-0 had the so-called stoichiometric composition. All the samples exhibited slight and steady increases of weight(TG/DTA) meaning uptake of oxygen and showed increase in conductivity with increase of temperature in the range of 283-673K. The photocatalytic activity was decreased with the increase of Ca2+.
