This research describes the optimization and fabrication of aniline tetramer hydrogel (AT HG) for use as screen-printable inks. Water-dispersible polymeric binder not only enhance the dispersion of AT in the aqueous phase, but also the binder contributes to a desirable viscosity of AT HG. Further additives, such as graphene sheets and SBR binders were added to improve the el ectrical properties of AT HG, and they were highly compatible with the AT HG inks due to the strong molecular interactions. The resulting inks can stimulate the synergistic effects from each element. Also, the screen-printing of AT HG has high potential to be used in various application fields that require mass-producibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. |
