제목 | Continuous Supercritical Hydrothermal Synthesis of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and its Electrochemical Properties |
초록 | This study investigates the synthesis of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) nanoparitcles using continuous supercritical hydrothermal synthesis. LiFePO4 particles were characterized in SEM, XRD, BET, particle size analyzer (PSA) and charge/discharge testing. LiFePO4 retained well crystalline structure and nano size (7-25 m2/g for BET surface area). The LiFePO4 delivers reversible capacity of ~ 140 mAh/g at a current density of C/10 after carbon coating. |
