Device performance of OLEDs using electron-transporting layers(ETLs) and multi-cathode |
초록 |
Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) have gained many interests due to their potential application as future flat panel display. Till to date, many efforts have been made to improve the efficiency and the luminescence of the devices. It was observed that the performance of OLEDs improved significantly due to the sandwich; electron transport material between the organic and cathode layer. Being the most widely used electron-transporting layer in OLEDs, ETL has been a target for improvement. We have evaluated the efficiency and the luminescence of the device using poly-(N-vinylcabazole) (PVK) and synthesized Iridium complex as host and dopant, respectively, with different electron transport layer |
