제목 Synthesizing Janus Silica Nanoplatelets as A Highly Effective Colloidal Surfactants
초록 Janusparticles are widely used as effective Pickering emulsion surfactants. Herein,we address a new synthetic approach to obtain amphiphilic silica nanoplatelets(ASNPs) which enables self-assembly at the oil-water interface. To this end, wesythesized silica nanoplatelets (SiNPs) by polypetide-templated silicificationat pH 3. For the preparation of macroinitiator, we conducted stepwisemodification of SiNPs. ASNPs were prepared via SI-ARGET ATRP at the O/Winterface. It is expected that our ASNP system could find practicalapplicability for development of interfacial catalytic reaction-controlledmicroreactors.
