Tri-Functional Multilayer Nanoparticles with Fluorescent Silica Shell for Bioapplications |

We developed a new method of synthesis of layers of SERS-fluorescent light with magnetic properties in NP including fluorescent silica. In this study, we synthesized magnetic-fluorescence-SERS tri-function nanoprobes (MF-SERS) with clustered superparametric Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs), silver NPs, and fluorescent silica layers. We can see the strong SERS signal of silver NPs in MF-SERS particles, and we can see magnetic properties and fluorescence. This MF-SERS particle then shows the SERS signal and fluorescence in the cell and facilitates separation by using magnetic properties. We confirmed that the MF-SERS particles bonded to CD44 antibodies could be selective in detecting MDA-MB-231 cells. these results is, MF-SERS particles have proved to be useful nanopropes for bioapplication and hybrids multiple detection analysis. |
