제목 Color Tunable Polyfluorenevinylene-Derivatives by Gilch Polymerization for Light Emitting Diode Application
초록 we have synthesized a new class of high molecular weight fluorene-based EL polymers by Gilch polymerization and compared with the ADMET polymerization. The resulting EL polymers were completely soluble in organic solvents and had high molecular weights and high thermal stability up to 415℃. The resulting EL polymers exhibit low turn-on voltages (2.5 V) and emission colors could be tuned from bright greenish-blue to orange-red emission by changing the MEH-PPV contents under 10 V with single layer device. Details of the EL properties of these polymers will be discussed.
