Electrochemical Characteristics of Lithium-ion hybrid Capacitor |
초록 |
In this work, Li-ion behavior due to State of charge for the Li-ion hybrid capacitor. The Li-ion capacitor cell has shows about 0V without pre-doping and it has about 3V after Lithium ion formation process. Known as Li-ion hybrid capacitor has 2.2V~3.8V voltage range. It’s negative electrode has voltage flatow about 0.2V by Li/ Li+ after Li-ion doping. Therefore Cell Voltage depend on positive electrode polarization. It has different electrochemical behavior under and upper to open circuit voltage about 3V for Li-ion capacitor after pre-doping. That has voltage range about 3~3.8Vwhat is Li+ and PF6- is present dielectric ion behavior like EDLC(electric double layer capacitor) systems and That has voltage range about 2.2~3.8V, Li+ ion move to positive that so called shuttle cock like Li-ion secondary battery. |
