제목 Current Technologies and Issues on micro LED Display
초록 LEDs are known as light sources with the highest photoelectric conversion efficiency, low power consumption, high brightness, short response time, and long lifetime. Due to these advantages of LEDs, many researches are currently underway to apply LEDs to display pixel light source. There are some technical difficulties to break through to realize LED display. Especially, micrometer-sized LED(μLED) manufacturing technology and a technology for assembling millions of micro LEDs on a display substrate are essential. In this talk, we would like to introduce key technologies such as red, green, blue μLED fabrication technologies and technologies for transferring and assembling μLED on display substrate.
