제목 | The alternative carbon-supported Pt based electrocatalysts for methanol oxidation |
초록 | Carbon nanotubes (CNTs), which have good electrical property, chemical stability over the acidic electrolyte condition and high specific surface area with nanometer size dimension, have drawn increasing attention in recent years for their applications as electrocatalyst support [1]. We demonstrate here two examples of carbon particles and CNTs supported Pt-based electrocatalysts for methanol electrooxidation. The structure and morphology of the Pt/CNT were characterized by XRD and TEM and electrochemical activities for the methanol oxidation over the Pt/C and Pt/CNT catalysts systems were measured by the cyclic voltammetry.
