Polyketone-Hybrid Carbon Filler based Composite with Enhanced Mechanical properties and Thermal Stability Obtained via Mechano-Chemical Bonding Techniques |
초록 |
Polyketone (PK) is an engineering plastic that has outstanding mechanical properties, chemical and wear resistance. PK composites incorporated with nanomaterials can provide excellent properties for various applications. In this study, PK composites were prepared via mechanochemical bonding techniques to improve the mechanical properties. Mechanical (shear and compressive) force combined with in-situ plasma treatment can create mechanochemical bonding between polymers and fillers including carbon nanotube (CNT) and carbon fiber (CF). The changes in mechanical properties with annealing time at 150 °C were also investigated. |
