제목 Improvement of Pot Life in Epoxy resin-based Adhesive by Dry Particle Coating
초록 Epoxy resin-based Adhesives are applied in various industries such as IT and automobile. However, the existing methods reduce the storage stability of the epoxy adhesive, so the study to solve it is highly recommended. In order to improve the storage stability of epoxy resin-based adhesive, we have developed encapsulated curing agents which were prepared by dry particle coating process. To coat the surface of the hardener, we used a dry process using mechanofusion and confirmed that it improved the the storage stability and satisfied the low temperature fast curing charateristics. In addition, since it is dry powder process, this study has advantages such as low cost, short process time and environment friendly.
