Nowadays, photocurable resin for 3D printing is used in various field. Resins for surgical guide need strong compressive strength, wide range of workable temperature, small shrinkage and biodegradable properties. In order to get better chemical and mechanical properties, polycaprolactone, aliphatic polyester, was used to synthesize photocurable 3D printable oligomers with methacryloyl chloride, and hibridized with silica nanoparticles, which was surface modified with 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (MPS). Polycaprolactone trimethacrylate (PCLTMA) was analyzed with IR and GPC. To evaluate compressive strength by UTM, PCLTMA/silica hybrid was crosslinked with ultraviolet light using camphorquinone as an initiator and N,N’-(dimethylamino)ethyl methacrylate as an activator. |
