Amplification of PS microplastic detection through a silver nanorods (AgNRs) plasmonic effect |
초록 |
Today, waste plastics after humans usage frequently causes serious environmental problems. As large plastics are decomposed into microscale particles, they float under the sea and sea level, causing major problems seriously for marine environment. Eventually, it affects humans detrimentally, who are the ultimate predators. Because concentrated environmental hormones and chemical toxicity can accumulate and affect the human body. In this study, when polystyrene binding peptide (PSBP) is combined into a microneedles with silver nanorods (AgNRs) made from lithography, silver nanorods (AgNRs) amplify the peak of polystyrene (PS) microplastics and make PS detection more effciently.Its effect is believed a plasmonic origin that detect microplastics to solve the aforementioned problems. |
