제목 Recent Developments and Trends in Soft-electronics
초록 We are well aware that organic photovoltaics have numerous advantages such as ultra-flexible, super-light, and show great power-per-weight property compare with the conventional power generating systems. Based on these advantages, we need to discuss various fusion (integration) devices that use OPV as a power source.
This study focuses on the fabrication process of ultra-flexible OPVs, various materials and processes that can improve photon harvesting properties, and research on self-powered device structures based on OPVs. In addition, it covers the latest progress in advanced transparent electrodes, ranging from novel manufacturing processes for highly flexible substrates to enhance the performance of OPVs. Lastly, breakthrough discussions on improving long-term stability and mechanical properties of ultra-flexible devices are also included.
