Analysis of Nickel nano powder shape by temperature using solution synthesis Method |

Nanotechnology has a wide range of applications in medicine, electronics, biomaterials and energy. It is known that semiconductors and magnetic metals maximize their magnetic properties as the particle size decreases (generally 10 to 100 nm). By manipulating molecules or atoms by forming nanoparticles, new structures, materials, and devices can be manufactured, and nanotechnology with excellent magnetic properties can be handled. In this experiment, nickel was selected as a soft magnetic material to increase the magnetic flux density inside the material for the application of nanotechnology. Sample are prepared by solution synthesis, using NiCl2 ·6H2O, NaOH, N2H4·H2O, etc. Various temperatures were applied to determine the appropriate temperature to form the powder. After a suitable time has elapsed and the sample is formed, it is washed several times with deionized water and ethanol. Then dry using a vacuum oven. The collected samples are analyzed for particle surface and length through high-resolution SEM, and components and hysteresis curves are checked through XRD and PPMS equipment. |
