제목 | The Effect of MEA Manufacturing Process on PEMFC Performance |
초록 | Fuel cells are currently in the spotlight as one of the eco-friendly sources of energy. Among them, PEMFC is a fuel cell that produces high efficiency at relatively low operating temperatures and can be utilized in various ranges. Pt is mainly used as a PEMFC catalyst, and the performance of the fuel cell varies significantly depending on the coating conditions and ink conditions during catalyst coating. In this study, MEA was produced with spray coating for uniform coating of catalysts, and MEA with excellent activity was identified by controlling coating methods and ink conditions. Through various physical properties analysis of MEAs produced with different variables, Mechanism of each condition on catalytic activity was identified through electrochemical analysis methods (CV, EIS, etc.) and SEM, and it was confirmed that MEAs with certain properties had high characteristics. This study is applicable not only to the PEMFC field, but also to a variety of fields. |
