제목 Polypropylene composites for food packaging applications
초록 PVC Wrap has since taken a backset to PE and POE for many reasons. Most specifically due to the dangers in health during creation and incineration and sustainability. But the disadvantages of PE for shrink are that it doesn't have a high shrink rate and it has lower clarity and anti-fog than the other wraps. PP as potential substitute of PVC and PE in Wrap. The PP with POE, tackifier, anti-fog agents have significantly influenced by wrap film property. The composite was compounded by twin screw extruder with varying ratios of POE, tackifier and anti-fog agents, respectively. In our research, adhesion of PP/POE/tackifier/anti-fog agents composites was showed the best results compare to other types of that. In conclusion, the appropriate ratio of POE, tackifier and anti-fog agents could improve the wrap property of wrap films and develop the various issues, simultaneously.
