Influence of Hybrid Side-Chain Engineering on Charge Transport in Ambipolar Diketopyrrolopyrrole−Selenophene Semiconducting Polymers |
초록 |
One of most remarkable advantages of organic semiconductors over conventional inorganic semiconductors is the solution processability which is generally achieved by introducing aliphatic chains as solubilizing groups onto backbones. Herein, we report a solution-processable diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) based polymer with hybrid siloxane side chains and thoroughly describe its thin-film properties and transistor characteristics. The resulting polymer exhibited unprecedentedly high hole and electron mobilities for ambipolar FETs. We have investigated the fundamental origins that enable the exceptionally high hole and electron mobilities. |
