제목 | Chemical and physical properties of epoxy-solidifications |
초록 | Spent-ion exchange resins(IER), which are a type of wastes from nuclear power plants and chemically unstable and have the relatively high specific activity, have been stored in a high integrity container(HIC) and disposed. In this study, IER were solidified using epoxy. Chemical and physical properties of epoxy-solidifications were characterized using ICP, IR, DSC, and UTM. Analysis results confirm that epoxy-solidifications are chemically stable and have a high compressive strength. |
