제목 Synthesis of Novel Dibenzofuran Derivative as a Yellow Host Material for Phosphorescent Organic Light-Emitting Diodes
초록 A novel host material having carbazole, dibenzofuran, thiophene, and diphenylphosphine oxide, (5-(8-(9H-carbazole-9-yl)dibenzo[b,d]furan-2-yl)thiophene-2-yl)diphenylphosphine oxide (CFTPO) was synthesized and employed as a yellow host material. The CFTPO host material has a bipolar characteristics because it includes carbazole, dibenzofuran, and diphenylphosphine oxide charge transport units with both a high triplet energy 2.47eV, a high quantum efficiency of 24.7%, and power efficiency of 68.1 lm/W in yellow phosphorescent device.
