| 제목 | Preparation of various alkaline earth metal-dopedsilica/titania materials and its smart fluid application |
| 초록 | In this study, we report a simple method to enhance the electro-response activity of smart material with alkaline earth metal doping. Specifically, alkaline earth metal containing hydroxides are employed asdoping solution. With the sonication-mediated etching and re-deposition (SMER) method, various alkaline earth metals are successfully doped onto the surface of silica/titania materials. Resulting alkaline earth metal-doped silica/titania materials exhibited enhanced electro-response activity (shear stress) under E field application owing to the increased dielectric property.This simple and versatile metal-doping experimental method may pave the new way for preparation of effective electro-responsive smart fluid. |
