제목 Development of scalable and eco-friendly manufacturing process of perovskite microcrystals with various composition
초록 Perovskite have emerged as excellent optoelectronic materials owing to their special structural properties as ABX3 (X=Cl, Br, I). However, toxic solvents such as DMF, DMSO, GBL, and toluene are commonly used in the synthesis of perovskite powders. Also, precursors used in the synthesis of perovskite powder are expensive due to their purity, and the process yield is rather low in terms of weight of synthesized powder (g) per processing solvents (ml). Herein, we developed low cost, scalable and eco-friendly manufacturing process for various composition of perovskite micro-crystals. Through this method, we can synthesis not only inorganic perovskites but also organic/inorganic hybrid perovskites with high productivity. To confirm a quality of perovskite powders, structural shape was examined through optical microscope and SEM and crystal structure and bonding properties are analyzed by XRD and XPS.
