제목 Peroxidase mimicking nanozyme in neutral pHfor paper sensor with direct cascade reaction​
초록 The development of Co-doped mesoporouscerium oxide (Co-m-ceria) is described here, which functions best atnear-neutral pH and has a 600-fold better peroxidase-like catalytic efficiencythan m-ceria. To choose Co as the optimal dopant, DFT simulations for the useof various metal-doped m-ceria in peroxidase-like reactions under various pHconditions were performed. Because of Co-m-strong ceria's peroxidase-likeactivity under neutral pH and its mesoporous structure, it may be used in aone-pot cascade reaction system to detect biomarkers of oxidative enzymeswithout changing the pH. Five separate oxidative enzymes are immobilized athigh loadings in the pores of Co-m-ceria, then the enzyme-containing Co-m-ceriais incorporated into paper microfluidic devices for the easy and simultaneousdetection of several biomarkers. Using a smartphone-acquired image, the Co-m-ceria-incorporatedpaper microfluidic device allows for the selective and sensitive determinationof multiple biomarkers.
