제목 pH-sensitive liposomes decorated with cinnamoyl gelatin and cinnnamoyl alginate
초록 The pH sensitive liposomes were prepared by decorating cinnamoyl gelatin (CinGel) and cinnamoyl alginate (CinAlg) to the liposome surface. CinGel and CinAlg were prepared by the condensation reaction of polymer. Liposomes were prepared by film hydration method. The CinGel / CinAlg mass ratio in liposomes was maintained at 7: 3. Morphology of liposomes was confirmed by TEM microscope. It was confirmed that the diameter and quenching decreased with the increase of CinGel / CinAlg polymer. To confirm the pH-sensitive release, liposomes were dipped for 120 seconds at pH 5.0, 6.0, 7.4 and 9.0 each buffer. The degree of release was increased at acidic conditions. This suggests that CinGel / CinAlg forms coacervation and modifies the liposome membrane to release dye.
