제목 | UV curing method for enhancement of photocatalytic activity of Hematite |
초록 | Nowdays, people say hydrogen is promising renewable energy and also Photoelectrochemical catalyst is also promising subject for many engineers. There are several materials for PEC(photoelectrochemical) anode(TiO2, BiVO4, WO3, Fe2O3). Fe2O3(hematite) has some advantages and disadvantage. Hematite has proper bandgap(2.1eV) for high STH(solar to hydrogen) efficiency(~15%) and it is stable in aqueous solution and iron is abundant material. However it has really short hole diffusion length and poor kinetic of surface charege transport. UV curing method is used in polymer, solar cell fields and also UV curing method was reported in PEC field lately with BiVO4, WO3. the reported 2 papers say different effect of UV curing and I tried UV curing method to Hematite and I check the effect of UV curing mehtod in hematite case. |
