제목 | Protein delivery of poly(amino acid)’s derivatives with β-sheet structure |
초록 | Nano-sized self-assemblies formed with amphiphilic graft copolymers have been extensively studied for drug delivery including transdermal drug delivery system. This study reports a novel strategy to prepare biomimetic self-assemblies by varying packing of β-sheet which are secondary structures. Specifically, the amphiphilic graft copolymers, PHEA-g-oligo(L-valine)composed of poly(amino acid)s derivative and oligo(L-valine) which to form β-sheet as the grafted hydrophobic chain were successfully synthesized. The self-assembly ratio of β-sheet formed in PHEA-g-oligo was simulated equal to the secondary structure content of EGF, and its contents were 28.5 %. Finally, EGF was introduced with PHEA-g-oligo and applied to cosmeceuticals to efficiently deliver EGF to the human skin. This strategy would applicable to prepare cosmeceutical system. |
