제목 Synthesis and Characterization of Low-Band Gap Polymers Based on Diketopyrrolopyrrole for OTFTs
초록 Recently diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)-based conjugated polymers have extremely fascinated as semiconducting materials for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs), organic thin film transistors (OTFTs), and organic photovoltaics (OPVs). The DPP-based polymers have been shown to exhibit efficient luminescence, good field-effect charge transport, and small bandgaps due to DPP core’s electron deficient nature. Here we present the synthesis and detailed characterization of new low band-gap copolymers derived from DPP units and different copolymerizing groups (thieno[3,2-b]thiophene: PTDPPT, pyrene: PPYPPT). The PTDPPT polymer containing thieno[3,2-b]thiophene has been proven as a p-type semiconductor with high mobility up to 0.6 cm2/Vs. Their thermal, optical, and electrochemical properties are also described.
