제목 Materials and process engineering for efficient inorganic-organic hybrid solar cells
초록 The desire to harvest solar energy cost-effectively leads to the research effort for advanced photovoltaic energy conversion system. Among the photovoltaic energy conversion technologies, inorganic-organic hybrid solar cells have received much attention because they have potential advantages, such as high-efficiency, low-cost, and relatively high-stability compared with conventional organic photovoltaic cells. Furthermore, inorganic-organic hybrid architectures provide innovative routes for next-generation solar cells as they can integrate the key features of nanocrystalline hybrid materials and inorganic-organic heterojunction at the interface. In this presentation, I will introduce highly efficient solar cells employing Sb2S3, Sb2Se3, and chemically managed inorganic/organic hybrid perovskite materials as light harvesters with hole conducting polymers. Some of these cells exceed 20% in a certified power conversion efficiency of under air-mass 1.5 global (AM1.5G) illumination of 100 mWcm–2 intensity. Thus, the recent emergence of efficient inorganic/organic solar cells promises to transform the fields of dye-sensitized, organic, and thin film solar cells.
