제목 Investigation on Surface Treatment to Improve Wettability on PTAA for Inverted Perovskite Solar Cell
초록 Over the past few years, halide perovskites which have characteristics such as low exciton binding energy, direct bandgap, high absorption coefficient and facile bandgaptunability, have received tremendous interest as photovoltaic materials andhave grown rapidly with perovskite solar cells reaching over 25% certifiedpower conversion efficiency. Among several solar cell architectures, invertedperovskite solar cell is in the spotlight from solution processability at lowtemperature and suppressed hysteresis effect. However, PTAA, which is commonlyused as HTM in the inverted structure, is hydrophobic and thus hindersconformal wetting of perovskite solution, leading to poor coverage on thesubstrate. Therefore, we have investigated various materials as HTM/Perovskiteinterlayer to improve the wettability of perovskite.
