Study on controlled release of drug-loaded chitosan composite microsperes |
| 초록 |
Drug delivery system is a formulation that is designed for effective drug delivery without causing systemic side effects. In this study, we utilize the properties of biodegradable microspheres (MS) for controleed release of therapeutic agents for hard tissue treatment using chitosan composite microspheres. We adjusted the degradation rate via surface modfication of microsphere. In vitro tests demonstrated that the release rate was significantly modulated by surface modification. |
