Electrophoretic depositions of N719 dyes and their effects on the performance of dye-sensitized solar cells |
초록 |
An impressive 12.3% solar-to-electric power conversion efficiency (PCE) has been reported in dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) based on mesoporous TiO2. However, further improvements in PCE are necessary to successfully commercialize DSSCs. In order to improve PCE of DSSC, it is important to adsorb the dye molecules uniformly within the whole surface of photoelectrodes. There are two methods to adsorb dyes on TiO2 surface such as soaking and electrophoretic method. In this study, we report on effects of applied voltage and concentration on the dye adsorption by electrophoresis in DSSCs. |
