Individually position-addressable Cu Nanofiber Electrode Array Printing |
초록 |
We fabricated highly aligned Cu nanofiber (NF) array with regular line spacing and orientation using our own printing method called Electrohydrodynamic Nanowire Printing (ENP). Printed Cu NF had average diameter of 710 nm and resistivity of 14.1 µΩ·cm which is comparable with that of bulk Cu (Resistivity of bulk Cu = 1.7 µΩ·cm). We also demonstrated the pentacene thin film field-effect transistors with individual Cu NF as source/drain electrodes and achieved field-effect hole mobility of 0.14cm2·V-1·s-1. These results show that highly aligned Cu NF array can be used for the nano-electrodes of various electronic applications, and our approach will be a promising strategy in the field of next generation electronics. |
