제목 Addition Effect of Weak Base to Hole-Collecting Buffer Layers in Polymer Solar Cells with Bulk Heterojunction Active Layers
초록 For the past two decades, polymer solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention due to their advantageous potentials such as lightweight and flexible large-area solar modules, which can be enabled by employing continuous roll-to-roll processes. Recently, the morphology control of each layer has been extensively studied in order to improve the power conversion efficiency of PSCs. In addition, the surface/interface engineering has been carried out for various interfaces including charge-collecting buffer layers. In particular, our group has focused on the polymeric hole-collecting buffer layers, which are typically prepared from the acid-doped conjugated polymers, in order to improve the stability of normal-type PSCs. In this presentation, we demonstrate a couple of our recent approaches including weak base treatments on the hole-collecting buffer layers and the resulting stability change.
