Molecular Engineering of Copolymers for Efficient Charge Transport in Organic Field-Effect Transistors |
초록 |
Polymer based organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted much interest because of their promising applications to lightweight, low-cost large area flexible electronic devices and their integrated circuits. To improve the charge transport of copolymers, the degree of crystalline aggregation and the degree of paracrystalline disorder play important roles. In this study, we designed and synthesized new polymer semiconductors with improved backbone planarity and degrees of crystallinity. |
