제목 Interfacial engineering for the effective structural design of organic photovoltaic devices
초록 We have investigated the properties of the organic photovoltaic devices with interfacial buffer layers of either organic or inorganic charge collecting materials. The layer-by-layer spin coating process or the spraying method were applied to fabricate layered or mixed hole-extraction materials composed of conjugated polymer, ionomer, and inorganic layers. By the control of thickness in the fluoropolymer on top of the polymeric semiconductor layer, work function at the contact with positive electrode was systematically engineered. For the construction of inverted and transparent organic solar cell, TiOx or ZnO layers were used for electron collection layers and MoO3 was selected for hole collection layer. Optimized thickness, doping, and surface treatment condition of TiOx or ZnO thin films for high efficiency and stable organic solar cell were evaluated.
