Silver nanoparticles(NP) ink is widely used for printed electronics and very useful techniques at the TFT, solar cells, RFIDs, antennas, sensors and displays etc. They are affordable, high efficiency, flexibility and are eco-friendly compared to photolithography, chemical vapor deposit and etching techniques. One of the using area that repair to conductive lines in the electronic device. In this study Synthesis for silver NP that two different ways and using electrohydrodynamic (EHD) method for printing. One of the method stabilized Neo-decanoate and the other way is using PVP(MW : ~55,000). Synthesized by two methods silver NP that measurement for morphology using TEM, SEM. Then measurement to electrical property using 4 probe method with coated on the substrates. EHD printing is required to high dielectric constant, so that the solvent composition and ratio is important. For the reason, silver NP having a stable and high dielectric constant solvents were studied. |
